Tre Rivali, Kimpton's newest restaurant in Milwaukee, will offer a delicious Mediterranean fused menu, with samplings from France, Italy, Spain, North Africa, Greece, Morocco, Turkey, and Israel. A wood fired grill will offer robust flavors and ingredients. The restaurant will inject local and organic ingredients into its dishes, also offering seasonal produce and fish from the area's Great Lakes. Cooking methods include grilling, braising, preserving, and smoking.
The Kimpton hotel will open in June.
