The hotel, scheduled to open early this summer, revealed its first Milwaukee restaurant would be named Tre Rivali. The hotel's rooftop bar and lounge will be named The Outsider, both led by Executive Chef, Heather Terhune.
Highlights of Tre Rivali include a cocktail program, adjoining café with breakfast, fresh pastries and sandwiches, and a craft beverage program. Live music will round out the unique dining and entertainment experience.
The Outsider will be positioned 9 stories up, exposing amazing views of Milwaukee's Historic Third Ward, an acclaimed cultural center. This class A-location and neighborhood is a vibrant live-work-play environment, home to over 1 million square feet of occupied office space. The hotel is at the edge of Lake Michigan, boasting beautiful views. Retractable glass walls will afford guests the opportunity to enjoy The Outsider year-round.
